is Professor of Fine Art at Northumbria University, Newcastle. He is author of Between You and Me: Queer Disclosures in the New York Art World 1948-1963<\/i> and Seriousness<\/i> (with Irit Rogoff). He is also editor of After Criticism: New Responses to Art and Performance<\/i>, and co-editor of Post-Punk Then and Now<\/i>. Between 2009 and 2014 he was a director of Performance Matters<\/i>, a creative research project exploring the cultural value of performance, during which he made his first feature-length documentary film with Ben Walters, This Is Not a Dream<\/i>. He is currently completing a book on post-punk bands and UK art school education.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”1212″][vc_column_text]Arturas Bum\u0161teinas<\/strong><\/p>\n

(b.1982, Vilnius) is an artist working within the intersections of sound, music and art. His practices include performative sound art, radio art, exhibitions, experimental acoustic and electronic music. He is founding member of various ensembles and groups such as Quartet Twentytwentyone and Works & Days Ensemble. Since the year 2000 he has collaborated with many international artists like Anton Lukoszevieze, Vladimir Tarasov, \u017dilvinas Kempinas, Gintautas Trimakas, Lina Lapelyt\u0117, Vaiva Grainyt\u0117, Laura Garb\u0161tien\u0117, Piotr Kurek, Ivan Cheng and others. His exhibitions and interdisciplinary projects were presented in galleries and museums around Europe and his solo exhibitions have been held at Vilnius Contemporary Art Center, Vartai Gallery, Galerie Antje Wachs Berlin and at the various residencies around Europe. Festivals where his art-music projects were featured include The Holland Festival, Unsound, Tectonics, Sensoralia\/Romaeuropa, Angelica, Vilnius Jazz, Kody, Skanumezs, Cut & Splice, Sacrum Profanum, Ultraschall <\/em>etc. His music is published by labels such as Bolt, Cronica, Unsounds, Con-v, Edition Telemark, Gruenerekorder <\/em>and others. In 2013 he was awarded EURORADIO \u201cPalma Ars Acustica\u201d prize for his radio art. In 2017 Bum\u0161teinas was an artist-in-residence at the DAAD Berliner K\u00fcnstlerprogramm. Since 2019 Arturas is an artistic director of Jauna Muzika festival in Vilnius.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”1261″][vc_column_text]Krzysztof Kaczmarek, born in 1983 in Blachownia, Poland. Kaczmarek is a filmmaker and visual artist. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. His film „Pompenzuballen” was presented on Era New Horizons Festival in 2010, and his film „Pawel and Wawel” was presented on the Mar del Plata Film Festival in Argentina.
